1. Booking & Reservations
- All bookings require an advance payment of 30% to 50% of the total package cost to confirm your reservation.
- Remaining balance must be paid at least 3 days before departure.
- Bookings are confirmed only after receiving payment confirmation via bank transfer, JazzCash, EasyPaisa, or other approved methods.
- Group sizes, dates, and itineraries are subject to availability.
2. Cancellation & Refund Policy
- 15+ days before departure: Full refund minus service charges (5%)
- 7-14 days before departure: 50% refund
- Less than 7 days: No refund
- Cancellation due to weather, natural disasters, or government restrictions will receive full credit for future bookings or a refund (minus non-recoverable costs).
3. Tour Packages & Services
- All tour packages include services as described on the respective tour page (accommodation, transport, meals as specified).
- Travigation reserves the right to modify itineraries due to weather, road conditions, or unforeseen circumstances while providing equivalent alternatives.
- Personal expenses, tips, entrance fees (unless specified), and items not mentioned in the inclusions are the traveler's responsibility.
4. Traveler Responsibilities
- Travelers must carry a valid CNIC (National ID) or Passport during the trip.
- Travelers are responsible for their personal belongings and valuables.
- Any damage caused to accommodation or transport by the traveler will be charged to the responsible individual.
- Travelers must follow safety instructions provided by guides at all times.
5. Umrah Packages
- Umrah packages are subject to visa approval by the Saudi Arabian authorities.
- Travigation is not responsible for visa rejection, flight cancellations by airlines, or changes in Saudi regulations.
- Package prices may vary based on season, hotel availability, and airline fares.
- Passport must have minimum 6 months validity from the date of travel.
6. Visa Services
- Travigation provides visa consultation and document preparation services. We do not guarantee visa approval.
- Service fees are non-refundable regardless of visa outcome.
- Processing times depend on the respective embassy and are beyond our control.
7. Liability
- Travigation acts as a travel facilitator. We are not liable for acts of nature, political unrest, accidents, or third-party service failures.
- We recommend travelers purchase travel insurance for comprehensive coverage.
8. Intellectual Property
All content, images, logos, and designs on this website are the property of Travigation and may not be used, reproduced, or distributed without written permission.
9. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of the website constitutes acceptance of revised terms.
